Digital Products
All digital products, including worksheets, flashcards, busy books, activity books, coloring pages, and printable PDFs, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the purchase has been completed.
If you experience any issues such as receiving the wrong file, a corrupted download, or being unable to access your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order. We will be happy to provide a replacement or resolve the issue.
Physical Products
For physical products, returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Personalized or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved (for eligible physical products), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
